One problem here is that local hadoop builds come with an ivy.xml that we won't get via the antbuild/repository or maven2. I need to move the hadoop configurations into sf-hadoop's ivy.xml

Current problem is that I need to force build on Java5 or somehow set a java5 compatibility flag.

build is integrated, but tests are turned off until they are passing with merged SVN_HEAD hadoop and my patches
