Add a new RPM for hadoop support.
-Use an internally published (and checked in artifact), so that anyone can build the components without the build failing (including hudson)
-need to keep hadoop jetty separate from smartfrog-jetty RPM until HADOOP-1650 is fixed

This is working. Problems will arise shortly because hadoop-core is java1.6+ only

dependencies are wrong; it does not install
